Dennis McCoy and Sons was formed in 1994 from the McCoy Construction Company.  Dennis wanted to form an entity that provided his family greater participation within the business.

Since its inception, Dennis McCoy and Sons has specialized in the rough grading of unimproved real estate for the purpose of commercial, industrial and residential development, establishing themselves as one of the premier grading contractors in California.

Within our grading operations, we provided the following services:

• Vegetation clearance.
• Establishment of temporary water facilities.
• Cut/fill to grade specified by developer's engineer.
• Removal and recompaction of unsuitable materials.
• Construction of earthen buttresses and stability fills.
• Rough and fine grading for building pads and road base
  

These services enable McCoy and Sons to offer a finished product of pads, underground utilities, and streets with curbs and gutters to the developer.
